Yes it does. As with any situation where bowels are soft and fluids are being lost, keep drinking the amount of water that's best for your age. It's also a good opportunity to consider being more responsible with your fiber intake.

It's important we say something about intense cramping however:

During a withdrawal experience, people have reported a period where abdominal cramping occured. Whereas some endured mild discomfort for several weeks, others have had very intense pain with an urge to double over and rock back and forth for several days. We don't know if this is indeed directly withdrawal related. Always get this kind of situation looked after by a health professional. Don't play the tough guy/girl and endure it without question, just in case it's something else.
